What to expect?
All CrossFit classes are one hour, fully coach-led, and follow a consistent flow:
Workout Brief – Your coach explains the workout, the movements, and all scaling options. Warm-Up – A guided warm-up to prep your body and build skill for the day’s movements. Movement Instruction – Step-by-step coaching to ensure you understand how to move well and safely. Workout – 3…2…1… GO! Your coach guides, cues, and motivates you throughout. Cool Down – Stretch, reset, and recover before you take on the rest of your day.
